1. Exhibiting Information
The World Future Energy Summit will take place on January 17 till 19, 2022 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre- Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

No. World Future Energy Summit is open to the public for 3 days, where visitors can register online or onsite to attend the event and will be required to present their ID’s (Emirates ID or Passport) upon the collection of their badge at any of visitor counters.

Raw space is the rental of floor space only and does not include any utilities, services, walls or furnishings. Additional services need to be ordered separately through the Exhibitor Services Manual, available online. Exhibitor registration includes web listing with link to your company website; free listing in the Event Directory, product showcase and online business matchmaking tool opportunities.
Yes. Co-exhibitors can exhibit at your stand. The primary exhibiting company must fill out the co-exhibitor application form. The form must be filled out for each additional co-exhibiting company and must be signed by the primary exhibitor. The cost per co-exhibitor is 844.10 USD. All co-exhibitors will be listed as an individual exhibitor online and will have their own Event Directory. All orders or services for co-exhibitors will be invoiced to the primary exhibitors’ invoice address.
The invoice for your booth area will be sent to you by mail within 2 days upon signing the contract.
Payment terms will be as follows:
- 50% of the total amount to paid upon signing the contract
- Remaining 50% on to be paid on October 15, 2021

Yes, In case of withdrawal, all sums paid or remaining to be paid are due to the organizer (Please refer on the Article 6 of the Terms & Conditions of the participation contract).
2. Exhibitor Services
The Exhibitor Zone is an online exhibitor service tool available to all registered exhibitors. The Exhibitor Zone is a password-protected area in which you can book various services and see all important event information in one place. Personal access information is automatically sent out to the company’s main contact person for World Future Energy Summit (as indicated on the application form). Exhibitor Zone includes the following features:

The Exhibitor Manual contains important information like stand build regulations, event calendars onsite services order forms such as booth construction, electricity, exhibitor badges, parking tickets, cleaning, catering and other useful information relating to your stand build up. These services are provided by either organizers or the contractual partners of the World Future Energy Summit 2022.
The list of mandatory forms which will be filled by the Exhibitors can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.
This is normally published online 6 to 7 months prior to the event and can be found under Exhibitor Zone.
Exhibitors may edit or complete their company information through the Exhibitor Zone on the event website.
Exhibitors are entitled to one free website and mobile application listing of which does not exceed 150 words.
To complete your Exhibitor Directory Content, please follow the below steps:

- Log in using the username and password, sent to you by e-mail
- Then click on “Update Company Profile”
Exhibitor passes are registered through the Event Management System. You will receive the log-in details to access the online system along with the deadline, required documents and process. The registration must be completed prior to the deadline. Due to the high profile of many attendees, registration to this event requires the below documents:
- UAE National/Resident – Photo (coloured passport size in white background) and Emirates ID front copy
- Non-Resident – Photo (coloured passport size in white background) and Passport copy
Exhibitor Badges may be collected from the Exhibitors helpdesk onsite prior to the opening of the show or can be collected at Reed Exhibitions office prior to the event date. The schedule will be shared closer to the event.
Yes. There are meeting rooms available, located above the exhibition halls in ADNEC. These rooms can be booked on a half-day and daily basis. If Exhibitors wish to have additional services provided in the meeting rooms such as: catering, audio visuals, stage build, security, etc. World Future Energy Summit team can provide these services at an additional cost to the booking rate or Exhibitors can arrange their own requirements directly through World Future Energy Summit recommended contractors.
If the Exhibitors wish to book a smaller meeting rooms for less than 8 people on hourly basis, please contact the World Future Energy Summit Team.

The World Future Energy Summit traffic guide will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the date of stand build-up, which shows entrances, vehicle access points, parking lots and service facilities.
Multi-storey car park A & B are available to exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors are entitled to have one complementary parking ticket for the entire event. Additional parking tickets can be purchased at the ADNEC business centre.
3. Stand Planning & Construction
Booth construction, walls or furnishings can be delivered by your own stand building company. If you booked shell scheme stand and would like to have additional furniture, you can contact the World Future Energy Summit appointed contractor on:

The Stand construction guidelines can be found on the Exhibitor Manual (Section 2).Stand builder must consider the following:
- Stand walls must be no higher than 4 meters.
- Perimeter walls on an aisle should be no longer than 4m without a natural break of 1.8m wide.
- Where a stand joins another and where the wall is higher than the neighbouring wall (no more than 4m), the visible area must be painted in a neutral colour to present a neat appearance on the neighbour’s side.
- Branding and advertising is not permitted on this part of the wall.
- The back wall of a neighbouring stand may not be used
- Space Exhibitors are fully responsible for building their own stand. They should appoint a contractor for their stand build up and break down.
- Shell Scheme stands will be provided by the organizers and will be delivered to exhibitors ready for set-up.
A complex structure is any form of construction of any height, which may require input from a structural engineer. If a stand is not constructed from ‘shell scheme’, it is the responsibility of the stand designer to determine whether the construction is complex or not. Failing to report the complexity of the stand will result a penalty fee to be determined by the organizers
Examples of complex structure:
- Any structure, over 4m in height, which requires structural calculations
- Multi-storey stands
- Temporary tiered seating
- Platforms over 0.6m in height and all platforms and stages for public use
- Stage (regardless of height)
- Tents/ Marquees
Any complex structure(s) review / inspection by the Venue (ADNEC Structural Engineer) an amount of AED 3,000 +VAT shall be charged for each complex structure item, a 50% surcharge will be levied for each incomplete or late submission of complex structures and will be deducted automatically from the security deposit.
The submission process and terms will be explained in details in the exhibitor manual, and should be no later than 15 days before the build-up otherwise the 50% surcharge will be applied by default.
This fee will be invoiced to the Contractors that were appointed by the exhibitors to build their stands. The organizers are not responsible for any agreement or communication between the exhibitors and their appointed contractors.
It is the contractor’s responsibility to report a complex structure, the contractors are NOT entitled to ask the organizers to invoice the exhibitors unless there was a prior written approval from the exhibitor to pay this specific amount
Failing to pay this amount before the build-up date will be subject to 50% surcharge and will be deducted automatically from the security deposit after the event
All Exhibitors are requested to coordinate with World Future Energy Summit official forwarder for delivering their stand construction materials: Kindly note that no other forwarder will be permitted to enter the halls.
