What is Emperia?

Emperia is a simple mobile application to easily capture your lead's contact information during the World Future Energy Summit and helps to facilitate effective follow-up.

Where do I get help to set up Emperia?

We’re here to help you get the most out of Emperia. Speak to your Sales Rep on site or visit the Exhibitor Services booth. Send an email to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible.

New Features

Custom Questions

Qualifying your leads is easier than ever with Emperia. Simply logon to your Atlas exhibitor hub, select the Emperia tile and add as many custom questions as you would like. Once you hit save, the questions will trigger in-app any time you make a scan. 

Product Upload

Quickly and easily share your latest product information with your leads. Just login to your Atlas exhibitor hub, select the Emperia tile and on the drop down menu select any of the products you’ve already upload on your exhibitor profile. Once you scan a badge, that contact will receive the product information in their lead report. It’s that easy!

Accounts and Login

Access to Emperia and all related registration information is sent to the authorised point of contact for your company.

If you are capturing leads on your company's behalf, speak with your point of contact to receive your Company ID and Company Access Code or contact the Exhibitor Services on site for help accessing Emperia.

As many as you need. The Company ID and Access Code provided can be used by multiple people across multiple devices.

The account is automatically locked after 10 consecutive unsuccessful attempts - a message will inform you that it is locked. Contact your To unlock - contact the exhibitors support team.

Emperia costs 990 AED.

Scanning Leads

You can edit the notes and rating after you scanned your lead but not the lead's personal information.

The app only captures information the visitor provided when they registered.

Visitor connections

The connection works both ways. Visitors receive, at the end of the show, an email with the list of exhibitors visited – this includes your company name, day and time of connection and name of the person they connected with.

General Application Usage

Yes. You must be online to download and log in to Emperia and for leads to synchronise.

Scanning and editing can be done offline and will automatically synchronise when the network connectivity is restored.

IOS:  requires iOS 10.3 or greater.

Android OS:  requires OS 5.0 or greater and an auto-focus camera.
