Reed Exhibitions FZ-LLC has no association with Construct Data Publishers s.a., the publisher of fairguide.com - or any company like it as well as The Vision Tourism. Advertising and listings for any Reed event should only be booked directly with Reed, or via a third party publisher specifically identified to you by Reed for that purpose.

A number of exhibitors have drawn our attention to the business practices of Construct Data, and others like it as well as the Vision Tourism.

Construct Data approaches exhibitors, usually by mail or fax, requesting that the exhibitor verifies exhibitor details by checking, signing and returning a form. The form is essentially an order form, designed to look as if it is a form for correcting listing details. By signing and returning the form, the exhibitor can be locked into a contract requiring significant annual payments, for a number of years – to advertise in a publication that has no legitimate connection to any Reed exhibition.

The Vision Tourism approach exhibitors, usually by mail or fax, requesting to assist WFES 2013 attendees with their visas and hotel accommodations. Reed Exhibition has no legitimate connection with Vision Tourism. The WFES 2013 Official travel agent is Al Masaood Travel & Services and Rotana Group of Hotels is the official hotel. They are endorsed to provide travel and hotel services by offering exclusive and negotiated rates to WFES 2013 participants.

Be aware of this type of business practice, and when you wish to advertise in publications relating to a Reed event or obtain a visa and book your hotel, only deal directly with Reed Exhibitions FZ-LLC or a third party publisher, official travel agent and official hotel specifically identified by Reed for the purposes of publishing exhibition manuals.

Promote yourself on WFES website by completing your own web page. This can include contact details, company profile, product list, press releases, brochures & marketing materials and link to social networks.
