What is the Exhibitor Zone and how can I use it effectively?
The Exhibitor Zone is an online exhibitor service tool available to all registered exhibitors. The Exhibitor Zone is a password-protected area in which you can book various services and see all important event information in one place. Personal access information is automatically sent out to the company’s main contact person for WFES (as indicated on the application form). What is the Exhibitor Manual and how can this document be of benefit to us?
The Exhibitor Manual contains the technical services offered to exhibitors, such as booth construction, electricity, catalogue entry, exhibitor badges, parking tickets, cleaning and other useful information relating to your stand build up. These services are provided by either organizers or the contractual partners of the World Future Energy Summit 2013.
The list of mandatory forms which will be filled by the Exhibitors can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.
This is normally published online 7 months prior to the event and can be found under Exhibitor Zone
Where do I submit my Exhibitor Index and Event Directory entries?
Exhibitors may edit or complete their company information through the Exhibitor Zone on the event website as this entry will be published in the Show Catalogue.
Exhibitors are entitled to one free catalogue listing of which does not exceed 150 words.
To complete your Free Catalogue Entry, please follow the below steps:
- Login to: http://www.worldfutureenergysummit.com/Portal/exhibition/exhibitor-zone.aspx
- Log in using the username and password, sent to you by e-mail
- Then click on “Update Company Profile”
Deadline for catalogue entry submission is November 7, 2012.Any entry after this date will not be accepted or will be subject to approval.
How can I order exhibitor passes?
Exhibitor passes can be ordered through the Exhibitor Zone on the event website. The online registration is linked to the security system for badge approval purposes and due to the high profile of many attendees, registration to the event requires the below documents:
Documents Required:
- Passport size photograph in JPEG, GIF or graphic format (white background-45mm x35 mm)
- Passport colored copy in JPG, GIF, and BMP
- Visa copy page (colored) in JPG – for UAE residents only
- U.I.D. No. (For UAE residents only)
To complete your Exhibitor badge order, please follow the below steps:
- Login to: http://www.worldfutureenergysummit.com/Portal/exhibition/exhibitor-zone.aspx
- Log in using your username and password, which was sent to you by e-mail.
- Then click on the “Order my Exhibition Passes” button at the left side of the page.
Where and when do I pick up my badge for the Exhibition?
Exhibitor Badges may be collected from the Exhibitors helpdesk onsite prior to the opening of the show or can be collected at Reed Exhibitions office prior to the event date.
Does my exhibitor pass allow entry into the WFES conference?
No. An exhibitor pass does not grant you access to the conference. You must register as delegate to attend conference programs. Delegate’sregistration is now open at the event website(www.worldfutureenergysummit.com).

Are there meeting rooms available to be booked? How can I book?
Yes. There are a few meeting rooms available, located above the exhibition halls in ADNEC. The rooms can be booked on a half-day and daily basis. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own catering, audio visuals and security needs directly through WFES recommended contractors.
Note: Meeting rooms are only available to exhibiting companies.

Can WFES help me obtain a visa to enter UAE for the event?

How do we find our way around the exhibition grounds, and what vehicle access points and parking lots are there?
The WFES traffic guide will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the date of stand build-up, which shows all entrances, vehicle access points, parking lots and service facilities.
Multi-storey car park A & B are available to exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors are entitled to have one complementary parking ticket for the entire event. Additional parking tickets can be purchased at the ADNEC business centre.
